Swapped out a single stereo amp for this pair and the difference in grip on the low end is not subtle. Each monobloc runs cool even after a couple hours at decent volume, and my speakers finally sound like they have room to breathe.
Jacob S. ★★★★★
Swapping this in tightened up my whole setup — the input switching is dead silent and the electrical separation finally got rid of that faint hum I'd been chasing for months. Balance and volume both feel precise, not stepped or jumpy. Genuinely the backbone my system was missing.
John ★★★★★
These monoblocks definitely deliver the 1200 watts of headroom, and dynamics hit hard without strain. But the tube warmth people talk about is subtle at best, and they run hot enough that I had to rearrange my rack for ventilation. Fine amps, just not the dramatic upgrade I was expecting.
Hazel U. ★★★☆☆
I swapped in this amp to drive a pair of floorstanders and the highs are noticeably sweeter without any harshness. Considering it's the most affordable stereo power amp in the lineup, I wasn't expecting this much control.
Edward ★★★★★
The regenerated sine wave did smooth out some harshness on my DAC, but honestly the improvement is subtle for the price. It runs warm and the fan noise is audible in a quiet room, which I didn't expect from a compact unit.
Eli M. ★★★☆☆
