The accordion work by Alicia Straka adds such a warm, unexpected texture to the Brazilian and European fusion. Every track feels like a little journey.

The guest players scattered across these tracks keep things interesting without ever feeling cluttered. I've had it on during slow Sunday mornings and the Brazilian influence really shines through. Warm, unhurried record that rewards a proper listen.

Alicia Straka's accordion on a few of these tracks is such a nice surprise, it adds this warm texture that I didn't know I wanted on a jazz record. I've had it on repeat in the car all week and the guest players keep revealing something new each time through.
